I would love to know how much of the museum Eva Mendes did in those heels! Whenever I go, I try to wear sneakers or flats because all that walking and standing can really do a number on my feet.

Why would she warrant a private tour? There are so many people there she'd be lost in the crowds, and there's certainly a lot more of interest in The Louvre to look at than Ms Medes. And why so many photos if it's a private viewing? Looks more like a publicity stunt, hence the shoes.
