Natalie DID have a nose job while she was at Harvard and more or less out of the limelight. It was common knowledge on campus, and you can plainly see it if you look at before/after photos.

Yes, she’s definitely had a nose job, it’s very obvious when you look at the old phot but it was extremely well done because you really wouldn’t know it from looking at her now.
