Jessica Alba and Cash Warren were photographed doing a little shopping in Beverly Hills over this holiday weekend. Jessica wore a comfortable Juicy dress and sunglasses looking as fab as ever. When did she have little Honor? My goodness how young bodies bounce back. :)

All these celebrities do the same sh!t, have a baby, go out "shopping" in an area whre paps hang out. Wear a long Juicy dress, with oversize glasses. Look disinterested at the paps even though they come out to be seen. Is like high school; everyone wants to be the "in" crowd and everyone wants to have the best and the latest. Date the most beautiful people, wear the best clothes...blah blah blah. There is one thing they do share without a doubt, drugs and alcohol.
Well you don't carry the baby in your upper arms and that's all you can see in that long, flowing dress.

I think it's a little unfair to ask why she's being photographed... unlike some girls that have gotten a lot of press lately, she HAS been a working actress for quite a while. Sure, nothing particularly profound, but she's also never claimed it was. I also expect now that she's no longer pregnant, she's going to be working again fairly soon.

I have been from City to City Even Africa to try Shea Butter to get that a perfect match for my skin , I've used Raw Shea Butter , Whip Shea Butter, In Tubs, In Tubes, I've even got it in plastic bags. Then I move along to the East Coast, Shea Butter Pack in Professional Containers, I tried them all. I came across this shop in Oak Park MI in the basement, I found it by mistake, the elevator went down and I smelled this Wonderful Scent, so I followed my nose and guess what ? They had Shea Butter ! I tried the Lemon and the Strawberry Shea Butter, Wow it was so smooth, so soft, the scent was real fruit. This is it what I've been looking for ! My search stops here she has a web site so I can order from anywhere in the world, I took it back to the west coast and my freinds love it. I have not told them where I got it from yet, www.bodyoilssoaps.com If they see this blog then they can order it for them self's, I know it sounds pretty bad, but I work so hard to find it.

What I don't understand is how these women parade around in sun-dresses which offer little support at the best of times, but especially after having a baby when the breasts are in need of most support, for comfort, let alone appearance. I haven't heard of the strapless maternity bra! Either they are not breast-feeding and the milk's dried up already, or they're onto some secret the rest of us don't know about. I'd be frightened of everything heading south!!!!!!!!!!!

Jessica's breasts looks quite small, so maybe she doesn't feel that she needs any support? But maybe she is wearing a strapless bra? I have seen strapless maternity bras for sale in several countries in Europe, and no doubt being a super rich celebrity Jessica could purchase some if she wanted to. Not wearing a bra will not make your boobs sag, as breast are mainly fat, so wearing a bra actually makes the underlying muscle lazy.

Yes, the breast is composed of fat. However, it's not muscle or fat that holds your breasts up. It's the strength of the skin (dermis) that determines saggieness. Stretched for too far for too long will do unreversible damage as any woman who has given birth will tell you. Weight lifting, for example, WILL NOT retrain "lazy muscles" to lift them. I just had to clear that up.
Completely false. The pectoral muscles which underly the breasts do not hold them up. No amount of exercising these muscles will prevent or reverse sagging breasts. The breast is composed of ductal tissue for producing milk surrounded by fat, and is attached to the underlying muscles by tissue called Coopers ligaments. It is the stretching and changing of these ligaments and the breasts themselves due to pregnancy, lactation, weight fluctuation, menopause and getting older that can cause the breasts to sag. Wearing a supportive bra at all times, but especially during pregnancy and lactation, or when exercising, will reduce wear and tear on these ligaments. No bra is going to keep for you the breasts you have at 20, but not wearing one will ensure that they will sag more quickly than they needed to.
