Madonna And A-Rod: Affair Of The Heart

Alex Rodriguez's ex-wife's lawyer is claiming that the baseball star had an "affair of the heart" with Madonna. It was never their intention to insinuate that it was physical.Â
"The correct analysis is a relationship. Some people categorize an affair as something as sexual infidelity. We’re not claiming that. It’s an affair of the heart. Madonna’s name is not even mentioned in the papers. We don’t want the public to think this is an aggressive action against Madonna."
However, Cynthia Rodriguez is still citing infedility in the divorce papers which must mean Alex has cheated with other women. Will a court recognize an emotional affair as infedility? Any lawyers out there?

Don't know about Madonna, but he was photographed with another women in Toronto last summer. That's when a lot of people were saying he was cheating on his wife, and cheating often.
I'm thinking Madonna's people got to her, so she had to change her wording.
They're just afraid of being sued by Madonna!
She looks like she would smell horribly.
A-rod was pictured with some stripper from Vegas in Toronto. So even if he didn' cheat with Madonna, I bet he sure did with the stripper.
Why did they have another child? The marriage was obviously on the rock when she got pregnant with their now 2-month old baby.
To me, an affair of the heart, and a sexual affair, are one in the same. Probably wouldn't stand-up in court though.
I don't think an affair of the heart means anything in court. Besides what if it was one sided. Alex wanted a relationship but Madonna wanted nothing to do with him romantically.

Women having babies for guys when they know the man is over them or not really into them. I feel badly for the children not the worthless mothers. Bridget Moynahan, Mel Brown, and Elisabeth Hurley to name a few, gambling on the lives of children so they can procure a financial future.
I wouldn't be surprised if Madonna was trying to sell him Kabbalah or whatever it's called and he became infatuated with her. He could be emotionally immature/naive like that. Just a thought.

men getting women pregnant when they are not into them is just as wrong. don't blame the victim. Madonna should be ashamed of herself as a woman and as a mother. i guess no amount of Kabbalah can erase the nastiness inside. i feel for all the children.
