Cameron Diaz was looking fantastic as usual while on her way to the gym in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon. We don't get many candid photos of Cameron so it's nice to not only see her out, but also smiling. She almost makes me want to head to the gym... almost.Â
Actually, I'm on a yoga kick right now and I'm really excited about it. Anyone ever try the Bikram? I couldn't handle the heat.Â

Wow! She looks AWESOME! She hasn't looked this great since There's Something About Mary! Oh, and try Ashtanga yoga, too. It'll kick your ass, but it's totally worth it.
I have never enjoyed going to the gym, thats why I spent several thousand dollars putting in my own gym at my house. Best thing I ever did. I think I have that same outfit right down to the shoes. Or at least similar. She looks good in the pic. I think we all pretty much wear the same kind of gym clothes, its the dress up clothes, shoes and bags where they out spend most of us.
I agree with Ernestine, she looks stunning! She has such a beautiful smile and her body is great.
She looks so long and lean, and her workout gear is cute. I've been meaning to get into yoga. This may be my motivation.
they say bikram isnt good for you coz of the heat, its too much
i practice yoga most days. i love it! i don't think i would like to try the bikram. i sweat enough, don't need the room to be 105. seems like you could have a heat stroke or something.
My daughter used to do Bikram. She love it!
Funny how she smiles all the time again now that she's no longer dating you know who....
I loved Bikram - I only stopped due to the $$$ I have had back problems for years and this was the only thing that has ever truly made me feel better. The heat - which really is not bad at all - helps you relax and get the stretch you need - I became much more flexible and the spasms were almost gone. My skin felt great - all of the sweating was purifying! Bring lots of water!
I actually did Bikram for about a month and its great! The heat can be overwhelming in the beginning, but by the second session, it actually helped me relax and I felt my muscles stretch a lot more. The only reason why I stopped was because in the beginning of doing bikram, your body goes through a cleansing and so my skin started to break out and I couldn't stand it. But other than that, it really tones your body. I might try it again, but I think I have to get my skin "ready" for it before going back.
Bikram has completely transformed my body! I went from 147 pounds down to 123! Granted I have been eating healthier, but it really has done wonders for my body. Makes you incredibly strong! I go to a studio that offers a 60 min class. I cannot stand being in there for 90! Ugh! Torture lol.
