Where Did Claire Danes Go?

And I don't mean which part of the world did she go... I mean where is the rest of Claire Danes' body!? What happened to her? She looks painfully thin in these shots showing the actress wearing a red bikini while on vacation with Hugh Dancy, her current boyfriend. The couple caught some outside the Hotel Regina Isabella in Ischia.

I thought she was always that thin. I think its just the lack of clothing that draws more attention to it.
I agree she doesn't look half bad. She is not super skinny, she has lost weight, but she looks like she's been working out. She isn't skinny, by Hollyweird standards!
Horrendous. I'm gonna go eat a pint of ice cream with some whipped cream and caramel. Sorry, but I don't think that a visible ribcage is ever attractive. I used to like this girl until she totally screwed Billy Crudup while MLP was ready to pop with child. That's just evil. And maybe her current body shape is just karma.
Not defending her with Crudup, but he isn't exactly a saint. It takes two to tango and he was an equal part in that 'relationship'.
I know. He's a douchebag, too -- every bit as much as her. It's a shame, because the man is soooo pretty.

I like Claire Danes--as an actress! I really enjoyed SHOPGIRL & STARDUST...that being said, I would NEVER wish anorexia on ANYONE :(
Here's a question, if she was fuller chested, would she look as "painfully thin" I would think it's because she is flat chested it makes the rest of her body look skinnier in comparison. I always thought she was tiny.

It's odd that her legs look heavy in comparison to the rest of her body (and I'm not saying she has *fat* legs, so retract the claws, kitties!) ..... I am not a fan of hers, I think she's a very overrated actress and pretty loose on the morals.
Could she have possibly picked a more unflattering swimsuit for her body type? Guess not.
her and Keira Knightley have the exact same body. she is bottom heavy, an her legs looks tiny. as a bottom heavy person, i know it takes A LOT to be as skinny as she is in these pictures. I doubt she eats healthy.

I agree about Helen Mirren, wow! I saw those pics on another site and couldn't believe how great she looks (for ANY age, not just 60's!)
This is the ugliest type of body. Long torso, super short legs. I don't envy ther thinness at all.
I agree with the first poster, hasn't she always been on the thin side? I had no idea she was so flat-chested, maybe as someone else mentioned here, that adds to the looking-too-thin silhouette.

if she had big fake breasts like everyone else in hollywood, this post wouldn't even exist. she looks thin because she is flat and has always been flat. we can all show the ribs in certain angles, lighting, poses, etc but in my opinion she isn't overly thin and looks like she works out and diets just like the rest of young america.
I laughed out loud when I read "we can all show the ribs in certain angles..." Um, no, we all can't! But I'd rather have some extra flesh on my bones than look sickly. :-)
