There’s not much proof to back this claim up, other than some serious bling. Kelly Osbourne was spotted out with a rock on that magic finger causing speculation that she’s engaged to her boyfriend, Luke Worrell.
But, I want to say they’ve only been dating for about two months now, so I’m guessing we’ll be hearing rep denial on this story sometime soon.
