Guess who created a website to prove to the world that everything we know about her isn't true? Youcare.com is dedicated shedding some negative light on the British Press. Heather Mills wants the world to know!
Heather Mills separated from her husband Paul McCartney in May 2006 since then she has been abused relentlessly and consistently by elements in the British media. A barrage of nearly 5000 negative and derogatory articles attacking her maliciously written in the main by journalists who have never even met her once. There has been so much rubbish written about Heather by Journalists with no integrity or regard for the truth.

She is an idiot. Most celebrities have false and malicious stories written about them--like Paris Hilton and Angelina Jolie. She should care only if they mis spell her name, or that they don't accuse her of abusing her child.

I am astounded by the hostility on this page. Aparently you people willingly believe everything written about her. I personally think she has been crucified in the media. She's been stalked, threatened, assaulted (yes, there have been some that actually physically assaulted her), she's faced death threats, and more mis-information that pretty much any other person I've ever read about. Now, lets get one thing straight. Im not saying that some or even many of the things written about her arent true, Im simply saying that you cant and shouldnt believe everything you read about her. I also think it's disgraceful for Paul to allow these attacks (mostly in his defense) to continue. I dont care if they are or were getting a divorce, no REAL man, with any kind of sense of right doing or compassion allows the mother of his child to be treated in such a way.
I agree with you totally. The British tabloids are some of the worst newspapers in the world when it comes to printing inaccurate and highly speculative stories about people, usually with little or no truth to back them up. If they believe such stories will sell about a particular person, then they will, as you say, be crucified to the point where truth and fiction become blurred. The reason why this woman has been so viciously targeted is a result of her being married to one of Britain's blessed sons, ex-Beatle Paul McCartney. It is in the tabloids' interests to paint a picture of him as "the man wronged", and vilify his ex-wife. It takes two to make a marriage work. Some of the stuff written about Mills may be true, but how could anyone possibly tell? It was also interesting that the negative things about McCartney were "glossed over", and just seen as his ex getting back at him. In the future their child will read all the hype and innuendo brought about by her parents' divorce. While the press was busy trying to destroy the mother of his child, did McCartney think of this, or only the money he could get out of paying her? Meanwhile, Mills has to stay strong and get on with her life in order to care for the child. She has every right to clear her name. At the same time, McCartney has maintained his status as St Paul with the help of an unbelievably biased media.
Exactly! If he weren't Sir Paul, the righteous Beatle, nobody would care! But his historic status means he can practically do no wrong, and she's been completely vilified in the press. Obviously there is (or was) more going on behind the scenes than what the rest of the world sees, but heres my view. I see two people who have worked tirelessly for years to educate people about animal cruelty, who have both lived what they preach. The world has watched them raise their little girl, all with every indication that they are both dedicated and loving parents. Things happen and they weren't able to make it work together. THAT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME. People need to butt out and mind their own business instead of persecuting this woman who's going through the same issues every other woman who gets divorced goes through.
Sir Paul is not perfect, neither is she. But uh, by the way, neither are any of US.

I don't know. I DO agree that the British press is just godawfully malicious towards its targets (hi. Princess Di, anyone? NOT that I'm comparing Lady Di to Heather Mills, but they are each outspoken activists for various causes and were/are targeted specifically because of the men they happened to fall in love with, marry, and later divorce). My own personal red flags were raised when I read about how much Paul's kids LOATHED Heather -- especially Stella. I watched my own dad deal with a horrendous relationship with a total troll for WAY too long, so when he dumped that bitch and took up with my current stepmother -- who is an absolute doll -- I was VERY relieved for him. Grown kids want what's best for their parents. So, I don't think the dislike of Heather was merely jealousy over their daddy getting remarried. I think they were honestly concerned about their father's wealth and his ability to retain it. And the fact that Heather kept asking for more and more money out of him during the divorce settlement disturbed me, too.

And what is your source of information? One of the very tabloids which have relentlessly pursued her? Or are you being deliberately vindictive as a result of their smear campaign? You'd have to be living under a rock not to have heard of the Beatles. Mills is a highly educated, articulate woman and to believe that she'd never heard of them is ludicrous. Your statement actually supports what she is saying.

Yeah. I have to agree with you, actually. EVERYONE has heard of the Beatles; and you'd have to be totally uncognizant to LIVE IN BRITAIN for your whole life and not have heard of them. That's a tabloid lie right there. Man, this thread turned out to be waaaay more interesting than I initially thought!

this woman is over since she lied to high court judge, but I believe the tabloids articles cos she never sued them wich she should since they're "abusing her"
