Kelly Osbourne With Engagement Ring

Kelly Osbourne looks... different. And no, I'm not talking about the engagement ring she received from model boyfriend Luke Worrell. I'm talking mood and attitude. High spirits? Overall positive disposition? Cover up that isn't three shades lighter than her normal skin tone. I'm so confused...

Love will do that to a girl. Here she is leaving Radio 1 after her show 'Surgery With Kelly Osbourne' ended.
