Denise Richards Leaves Courtroom Unable To Change Custody Agreement

Denise Richards was spotted leaving the courtroom after another custody hearing with her lawyers in Los Angeles yesterday. Denise claimed she had video footage that would prove Charlie Sheen is a bad dad giving her what she needs to change the custody agreement. After viewing the evidence, the judge dismissed the case.Â
Outside court Sheen’s attorney said, "Charlie is thrilled with the results." In a later statement, Wender added,
"She (Richards) lost for the second time in seeking to change any of the custodial arrangements that currently exist for Charlie Sheen and the children."
But Denise's lawyer says that her client couldn't be happier.
"Denise could not be happier with the order. She fully intends to support these orders and only hopes that Charlie will support those orders and follow them."
I have to stop trying to follow this because I don't have the energy.

I wouldn't call her a great mother at all. A great mother doesn't cuss and put her sexuality in front of her daughters like she does. A great mother doesn't interfere with their relationship with their father. She is a jealous bitch. Obviously she can't stand Charlie. But she picked him and would not have her daughters without him. He is entitled to have a life with the girls as much as she is. If the Judge has on more than one occasion said she had no evidence of any bad behavior, then she needs to get over it. I feel so badly for the children. She is obviously using them as a ploy to get back at Charlie. It is really sad when children are used in a vindictive way by a parent for their own gain, it does serious long term damage. I also feel badly for Denise's father. He looks worn out the poor man. It must be stressful for him to have to endure his daughter's mentally ill behavior. I hope he will do his best to encourage her to get some help. She has serious issues that need to be addressed. Charlie should consider asking the court for a mental evaluation of Denise. Viewing her actions from the outside it appears she has bi-polar tendencies in addition to possible other outside sources that are causing her erratic behavior.
