In some interview (don’t remember which), Angelina actually admitted to having at least four nannies—and this was before having twins. They are likely to have at least six full-time nannies now.

People should read this story before making comments. The statement was made by a costar, Jason Butler Harner, NOT by Angelina. In a recent interview even she said that she said she has 2 nannies, a tutor, and would hire another when she gives birth. She never denied having help just not the 1 or 2 dozen that people claim she does. Also Jason Butler Harner was probably saying that Angelina doesn’t have dozens of nannies and support and is hands on. I don’t know why people insist she has so much assistance. I’m sure somebody will say they all stay home when Angelina is in public with her kids. But even in candid shots on their property there’s only 1 or 2 nannies.

I love how she’s supposedly superwoman for taking care of her own kids. I don’t care who said it about the nannies, are we giving people props for doing what the rest of the world does anyway? Unless they’re independently wealthy, that is. The fact of the matter is she DOES use nannies, just not when it’s possible to be photographed with them. That would shatter the illusion, wouldn’t it?

I’ll bet she sleeps until 10 every day and has little or nothing to do with the hands-on care and feeding.

Dude, it’s only six kids..I know that’s not typical nowadays, but the previous generation had lots of kids. I know people my age (early 20′s) that have six or seven siblings. granted, not every family is like that, but it’s not an extreme number.

I call total B.S. on this one. First of all, they HAVE to have a squadron of housekeepers to maintain that French castle of theirs and ensure that it’s clean and orderly — I have a TWO-BEDROOM apartment that I can barely keep up with thanks to my cat children; I can’t really fathom that Angelina scrubs toilets and chops onions or whatever. my grandmother had 10 and she took care of all of them by herself, but they were not ALL of the same age range. She has 6 very young kids, it’s completely different.

If I were wealthy and I had 4+ children and employed nannies to ensure they got the best care when I wasn’t able to do it, I would own it. Publicly. If, for no other reason, than to not make my fellow mothers think that they are lesser parents because they struggle with the same amount of responsibility. I’ve two beautiful boys of my own and like any Mum, think they’re the best. Nor would I think it sensible to have so many young children all at once. While they can afford physical help with the children, how could they possibly cater for each child’s emotional needs sufficiently? Only parents can do that. Nor would I want her life. She lives in a prison of her own making, granted a very luxurious one. She can’t go down the street, walk the dog, go out with her kids or any of the things most of us take for granted, because she sold her privacy for whatever need she has in her to constantly attract publicity. As for being hot, she was once. While her face is still attractive, the skeletal, scarred arms and legs don’t look too great. It is quite common for obsessed people to attack those who dare to criticize their idol(s) by claiming they must be jealous, ugly, fat, etc. So be it. These two attract controversy and polarised views because they have chosen to live their lives so publicly, and in doing so, have revealed the inconsistencies between the hype and publicity stunts, and the way they actually live.
