Singer Brandy was photographed jumping into her car in Los Angeles the other day wearing a big smile and a brightly patterned dress. We haven't seen to much of her since the whole "accident". Apparently she's back to driving and hopefully this time she won't be talking on her cell phone...

Brandy was NOT on her cell phone during the accident and she was not the cause of the accident either. The woman who died had marijuana in her system which slowed her motor skills and triggered the accident. Please read the police report.

please, if you are going to post things like this at least get the facts straight. brandy was not talking on her cell phone at the time and the lady who died had marijuana in her system. i personally don't she should be blamed for the accident. to me having marijuana in your system is just like having alcohol: how do you know that accident wouldn't have happened if you didn't have something in your system? you don't. accidents happen everday and unfortunately ppl die. she took responsibility for her part but no one is to blame.

A family member of mine was caught up in an accident that killed a motorcyclist, by being at the receiving end of an out-of-control bike through no fault of her own. It's not a laughing matter for either party involved. This doesn't sound like Vera at all, a ghost writer perhaps? A few don't sound anything like her. Or maybe once a month Vera gets mean, but I think I would have noticed before. I think she is trying out new writers again. This is a Perez wannabe writer if I had to guess.
