   Forever 21′s jeans are cut SUPER small. I’m a larger 10 and can’t even get a thigh into their jeans. Sad

    There is a very small window of opportunity to wear an outfit like this, say 17 to 20. Can you imagine even a 30 year old wearing this…or even a 25 year old? Cute on her, tho.
