I went to get my hair done this afternoon because I THOUGHT I was going to be on the Wendy Williams show tomorrow morning (I'm not). While stuck in the salon for three hours, I passed the time constantly refreshing my Twitter feed and literally found out about the Californian Earthquake (hope everyone is ok), an easy recipe for a great quesadilla, an interesting potential guest blogging position, and this... the 2008 Altered Barbie convention. It's an annual thing folks.
I will before my time has run up, make it to one of these events because I must. I need to see this in person. Also on the list is a TechCrunch gathering, Comic Con and the ever so popular Pez festival. The list is getting longer by the minute and no I'm not joking.
Viva la Twitter.
PS - There are dozens of these Barbies for sale right now online. Half of them I can't post because they are so explicit. But click here to check them all out.
Some of those are hysterical!!

What the flying **** did I just watch!? Some people have WAAAAYYY to much time on their hands! Hahahahahaha
I think those Barbies are way less damaging to young girls than the crappy models they sell in stores. And WAY more interesting!

Great barbies, but very expensive. You might as well make them yourself!
