Bruce Willis Throws Water Into Photographer's Car

Bruce Willis Throws Water Into Photographer's Car

Don't mess with Bruce Willis! Or at least... don't get too close to his daughter. While spending some quality time with his family, a photographer wouldn't let up on Bruce and his girls. So, Bruce walked up to the paparazzi's car and threw water in it.

Let's be serious for a moment. What do you think about that move?

I can't imagine what it's like having cameras in your face when you are out enjoying time with your family. If I dealt with that I might do the same.

I see nothing wrong with this. I am sure many celebs are sick and tired of some of the paps not giving them an inkling of privacy. They bring it on themselves I am afraid.

Everyone reaches a breaking point, where enough is enough. If throwing water onto some leather seats of a car is the worst he did, then I believe he showed a lot of restraint. LOL

I think if I was a celebrity I would be jailed weekly if someone was taking pictures of my children.

Like someone said, I'm 50-50 on it. On one hand, I say 'good for him!' and know I'd get tired of cameras in my business all the time, too. On the other, I know it's not going to make them stop and looks kind of childish. It basically plays right into their hands, they get more money for a shot like that.

I smell a lawsuit! It isn't just that they are there with the cameras, it is the things they yell out to get the celebrities' attention that would drive me over the edge: really rude and inappropriate questions that shouldn't be brought up in front of a family.

Dani Dani said:

Oh please.. a law suit over water? Doubt it.

RUDE DUDE RUDE DUDE said:

If he doesn't like being a celebrity then stay at home, keep your kids in the house. and stop doing rude things like throwing water at people. These celebrities think they are gods in some way.

Passerby Passerby said:

That is riduculous that you think they should be prisoners in their own home. Try it. See how many days you can go without leaving your house!

Passerby Passerby said:

Too many celebs go out and are never noticed so he shouldn't have his reps call and alert and press where he's at. If a celeb is seen they've normally had someone tip off the papz. What he did was wrong. He could have stepped inside one of the places to avoid having his picture taken instead of walking towards the papz.

Passerby Passerby said:

You can always summarize what you think you would do in a situation like that, but until it happens to you, you never really know what you'll actually do.

Seriously? It'd ridiculous to expect them to stay in their homes when they enjoy going to certaing restaurants and stores. How would you like to be forced to stay inside because people would take your picture? Good for Bruce. I ran into him and his gf in a restaurant in NYC. No one was bothering them there; in fact, people didn't even take a second glance at him. No reason he can't enjoy the same privacy in LA.

And anyway, they really can't escape the paps. The celebs that aren't in the spotlight generally don't even live in H-town. They live elsewhere--Tom Hanks in Idaho, CZJ and Michael Douglas own an island, Tommy Lee Jones lives in Texas, etc. But you can't blame someone for wanting to enjoy their city only to find people stalking them.

You know what, good for him. I know he's a celebrity and having his picture taken is part of the "perks" of being a celebrity, but unless his kid asked to have her photo taken as well, they shouldn't take a picture. Papparazzi are getting ridiculous. Rules definitely need to be made for everyone's protection. One of these days, a celebrity is going to snap and go on a bloody rampage on these stalkers. When out with their children, taking pictures should be prohibited, unless the celebrity gave permission. And definitely, they need to keep off private property!

Taking pics is one thing, but getting obnoxious is quite another. More often than not these paproaches are blocking sidewalks, keeping the celebs from going where they want to go, tearing at their clothes, opening car doors to get a shot at passengers, provoking people by saying really mean stuff, things like that. IMO that goes beyond paying the price for being famous. I don't see why people shouldn't react if paps don't back off, and water? What's the big deal? It'll be dry again in no time flat. And if it's leather seats? The fee for the pics the pap took can easily buy a replacement.

Hey if you don't want water in your car maybe you should just stay home and quit taking pictures of celebrities!

Good for Bruce! I think the photogs should have a limit as to how close they can get to the celebs, or anyone else for that matter. Give people their space to walk and shop, have family time, whatever. The Paps should have to stay say 30 feet away. Some of these celebs have trouble evem getting out of their car, or into a restaurant because these vultures are all over them. Go get um Bruce!

GOOD FOR HIM !!! Those guys are creeps. How would they feel if they were always being stalked ? ...........it would feel horrible having no privacy.

EH, things like this happen to regular people every day. At least where I'm from. Perhaps we're a little more bold than regular people. Haha. But they should of seen it coming. They're stalking him for goodness sakes!

Good for him. I live in LA and frankly she should think herself lucky she didn't get a beat down.

Passerby Passerby said:

First of all, you know darn well why he threw water at the paps...He is sick and tired of everybody (including you) making fun of his daughters looks. All of his daughters are unfortunate looking. It's sad but true. That's the real reason why he threw water!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Passerby Passerby said:

Guess I'm in the minority here, but to me, this is an assault, and if he were not a celeb, he'd probably have been arrested. You can't just walk up to someone sitting in a vehicle...someone who is not breaking any laws, I might add...and physically assault them, even if it is with water! If it weren't for media attention, a no-talent loser like Bruce Willis wouldn't be able to afford that bottle of water. He and his daughters are more than happy to parade around on the red carpet...and then they get angry when the attention comes at another time?

He's with his kids, and knowing how his daughters can be portrayed in the media (*ahem* "potato face" anyone?) I feel he was totally in the right if he asked and then was not left alone. He wasn't even at the Ivy!

Passerby Passerby said:

It must hurt him as a father to have the lower forms of the media comment on his daughters' looks in such a negative way, but I agree that in losing it and throwing the water into the car he played into the paps' hands. This photo would have far more value than one of him just walking down the street. He and his family have certainly used the media on their own terms to promote their celebrity status. While he and his former wife, Demi Moore, are legitimate actors, it is difficult to understand why his daughters are invited to red carpet events when they have achieved very little in their own right. If he doesn't want his family to be pap fodder, then maybe he should be advising them to avoid such events. I guess the ego boost of walking down that carpet all dolled up with cameras flashing is just too tempting. The down side, of course, is that the paps will then also see you as photo-worthy when you are just going about your daily business. Everything has its price, and the price for these people is their privacy, which most of them sold on their way up when desperate for publicity. Unfortunately for them, the media doesn't just go away when they consider they've made it and no longer want them around.
