Runyon Canyon Park is certainly a celebrity favorite. Stars are often spotted there getting in an outdoors workout. The paparazzi caught Amanda Bynes on her way down. The photo captions said that she was on a jog, but I'm thinking she was just walking since she's not too sweaty and her hair is down. Then again, maybe she's just one of those lucky girls who doesn't sweat, she glows. :P

newsflash: the definition of running includes having both feet off the ground. that is how they distinguish between walking and speed walking in the olympics. clearly, she is only walking.

I went for my 5 mile walk this morning. I have to be on the trail no later than 7am if I want to beat the heat. It is supposed to be in the 100's here the next 3 days or so. I could not stand to have my hair down like that walking in the heat, plus I wear a hat. I wonder what she listens to on her ipod. I need some new music. I have been listening to the same stuff for several months now.
