Hayden Panettiere Gets A Parking Ticket

Hayden Panettiere went futon shopping earlier today and got a little more than she bargained for. While workers were loading up the purchase into her car, Hayden found a parking ticket waiting for her on the window. Do you think she really cares? Money is no object at this point...

I like the system in the UK. Tickets are based on how much you make. So celebrities would have to pay more for a ticket than someone who doesn't make very much at all. They base it on a percentage of your income.

Sorry, but parking tickets are not based on how much you make here in the UK. Where are you getting this from, Mo? You may be thinking of speeding tickets. And no, I don't think it is a fair system. Why should you pay more just because you earn more? Speeding is speeding, it's wrong, no matter how much money you make!
