More Celebrity Fashion At The Teen Choice Awards

So, let's talk fashion. The Teen Choice Awards showcased lots of gorgeous celebrities in young, casual hot outfits. It seems like long maxi-dresses were pretty popular (we saw Sophia Bush and Lauren Conrad in similar styles earlier)

Don't like the dress. It's shapeless, but of course, that's a matter of personal taste. What looks ridiculous is that big, fat, fake plait she's wearing. And what has she done to her face? You can't pin it but she looks different, sort of puffed out, and it's not an improvement. Reading Vera's earlier post on the article in "New York" describing new cosmetic procedures which plump up the face (using Madonna's latest "improvements" as an example), I'd say Fergie's been doing the same.
