Johnny Depp Moving To London?

U.K. readers, get excited! Johnny Depp may be coming to a town near you soon. Rumor has it he's getting ready to purchase a huge mansion in Norfolk.
Claxton Manor, about nine miles south-east of Norwich, has eight
bedrooms, six bathrooms and four reception rooms and is packed with
period features.It has views over Claxton Marshes to the rivers
and rolling hills beyond and 826 acres of land, grazing marshes,
farmland, woods and water.
That sounds amazing! Is he buying a house this big because he and Vanessa are getting ready to move there permanently from France? The buzz of his move to England began when Johnny was spotted donating to a local Brownies pack there, and then a few months later he was spotted in a bar in the area. His rep won't confirm whether or not he's considering buying the property though.

that suit can move to london too... please.
Take me with you Johnny! Please!
Oh, sigh........how lucky is his wife? A beautiful English manor on the countryside, with Johnny in it? :-)
If he is moving to England it's probably because he pays too much taxes in France.

They're not married.
Oh my god, I live soooooooooo close to Norfolk, but Norfolk isn't in London.
Johnny You are the man,, Love ya
To answer your question...... No, Johnny isn't rumoured to be moving to London, Norfolk is a different place over 100 miles away. The UK with it's 4 constituent countries is quite big (much smaller than the USA) but it's annoying when people mix up/ignore basic geography.
~~~OMG, he looks so handsome. Just saw his profile on milllionaire personals site """"C e l e b C u p i d.c o m""""""" last week. I am wondering what kind of relationship he is looking for on that site. Is he single now? Just curious!
I love it how Americans think everywhere in England is near London... that's like saying Chicago is near NYC!
Would love it if Johnny moved over here... although I would prefer if he moved abit north... near Liverpool would suit me fine!
right... it's almost (but not quite) as annoying as someone making a blanket statement about a country's citizens (303 million+ thick) like "i love it how americans think everywhere in england is near london..."
thanks. i was thinking the exact samething. as if all americans make that mistake
FYI: I'm American and do not think "everywhere in England is near London". However, I have met many British who think I know JR Ewing because I live in Texas. ;-)
Yay, that's about a 45 min. drive from where I live!
*sings* Oh Johnny, I will follow you wherever you may go.....! Johnny can do no wrong luv him and I'm feeling that suit big time.
Johnny may be temporarily contemplating taking his family away from France, from the new circus in town; His and Her trashiness, the whoremanitarian Brandgelina. I can imagine Johnny and the other quiet, classy and dignify celebs in France sighing and saying "here goes the neighbourhood"!
lol
Oh, goodness, my dream has always been to have exactly that: old English house on a farm. ::SIGH:: And I'd be ok with Johnny being there, too. *grin*
let this anti american druggie stay in Europe for good.
Vera I always love coming here to read the posts some people leave, I get a good giggle out of some of their ridiculosity!
I love Jonny, my hubby did a bit part way back when, with him, for 21 Jump Street. Hubby said he was a cool guy!
stfu! you know that if you say what season and what episode i will move the requisite disc to the top of my netflix queue!!!
Ok, sorry for the generalisation people!
However, I have met a few Americans (and also when I travelled round the US) who really are a bit dopey when it comes to where places are in Britain... some think London is in the north, others think London is huge and takes up most of England and some thought Scotland was in England! Most Americans to believe London is near everything though...
Oh, and as for the Texas and JR Ewing... how stupid is that!
I hope Johnny does move. I don't actually live anywhere near Norfolk but it'd be nice to know he's just a little bit closer. I just hope all he sees is the classier side of Britain (the tea drinking, horse riding, posh accents etc) and everything else keeps at a fair distance (chavs, binge-drinking, those confused.com adverts).
Oh he is dreamy.
He said in an interview that he likes the Fast show (which stoppped years ago). Hopefully they'll do a comeback so as not to disappoint him. I know I would...
I live in Norfolk. :) I really hope he moves near me! :D
