Rihanna and Chris Brown were photographed enjoying an afternoon of shopping on Melrose Ave in Los Angeles yesterday and of course I'm loving what Rihanna was wearing. Can that girl do any wrong fashion wise?
When it comes to celebrity dating do you think they should just go ahead and tell the truth about who they're dating? Or does keeping it "under wraps" really help in keeping the relationship strong?

I think it depends on the magnitude of the celebrity.
If it were two irrelevant celebrities then no one would care and it wouldn't matter if they admited it.
But two celebrities that are relevent, or have carved out a niche in the industry, that makes people care about them -- then it's more difficult to decide.
It could bring unwanted attention because we, as a society, are seemingly obsessed with celebrity culture.

They do not know anyone an explanation about their dating life as long as they keep their mouths shut. Beyonce & Jay-Z are a shining example of how to STFU. We still don't know if they are married. Keeping it private is important to making it last (longer).

I don't understand what kind of acknowledgement people want. They are clearly together and I see no reason why they need to make a public statement that they're dating. At this point, if they did, we'd all say "No sh*t, Sherlock"... so I just think the whole thing is stupid. We all know they're dating and they don't want to publicly acknowledge it so that they don't have to publicly acknowledge the inevitable breakup (they're only 19!!)... In my opinion, the only reason celebs don't talk about dating is so they don't have to talk about any other subject related to dating (breakups, engagements, marriages, pregancies, blah blah blah) because that's the private stuff. If you never start running your mouth then you won't have to worry about knowing when to stop.
