Charlie Sheen is officially the highest paid actor on US television. The man makes... $825,000 an EPISODE while filming Two and a Half Men. I mean... wow. Who else made the list?
Per episode:
- William Petersen for CSI: Crime Scene Investigation - $600,000
- Mariska Hargitay for Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (SVU) - $400,000 (Highest Paid Female)
- The cast of The Simpsons are also well-paid - each voice actor receives $400,000 per episode.
Actors aren't the only ones bringing in the dough.
- Highest paid host: Simon Cowell for American Idol - $50 million per season
- Highest paid TV creator - Seth MacFarlane for Family Guy - $100 million deal for five-years
And who takes the cake? As if we didn't know the answer already...The highest paid TV celebrity by far is chat show queen Oprah Winfrey her annual salary from her talkshow alone is $385 million.

i cant beleive that.. two and a half men is such a crap show. happy for mariska though, highest paid female! she's such a great actress. but i think these people are all ridiculously overpaid

god those amounts are insane. erghh! two and a half men is a joke. that's the worst show on television.. but at least mariska hargitay's founded a charity with part of her money. charlie sheen's just a sleaze.. its wasted on him.
All 6 "Friends" cast got $1,000,000 per episode. except friends ended in 2004. but they are the highest payed.
wow, the #s are unbelievable, like $825,000 per ep. how does the company even support these salaries, two & a half men is probably a major hit.
