that is possibly odd, but scratch tickets are basically gambling…celebs & other super wealthy people go to casinos to try their luck. its probably more the thrill of the chase & entertainment to them. then again celebs love free stuff that they can easily afford, so they can be greedy too. i was more surprised to see that she smokes & marlboro reds too!! uuugghhh!! harsh.
