The Other Side Of The Jen Aniston/John Mayer Breakup Story
There are two sides to every story. Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer's breakup has been very public, and now her camp is responding to John's claims that he was the dumper and not the dumpee.
After hearing about John talking to the press a friend of Jen says,
"Jen will never kiss and tell, but it’s she who ended the
relationship. (Mayer's) childish behavior
only confirms she was right to dump him. Now he’s acting like a spoiled
child. Expect Jen to behave like a lady."
In the end his love of the spotlight got to her.
"He has a relationship with certain paparazzi (and) bloggers. He tips them off. He loves the attention. Jen didn’t want
to believe it was happening, but it was, and she has no tolerance for
that.”We’re talking about a guy who had a car waiting to take him home in
New York, but he chose to walk so he could talk to the press (along the
way). He’ll drag this out until there’s someone new."
Money was also an issue,
"Jen was tired of paying for everything. Cobwebs come flying out of (Mayer's) wallet when he opens it.
John liked living like a movie star when he was with her. ... Jen would
never say anything, but you could tell it irritated her."
So much dirty laundry...this is starting to feel like Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards all over. ;)

I wish WISH WISH her people would shut up and keep her mouth closed, even if she isn't saying anything - they are! I hate the bickering and rumors that glue themselves to a breakup. Whether it be celebrity or "everyday" people. But we all love juicy gossip. I wouldn't be here if i didn't. BUT again, i wish she would have stayed mum and been the bigger person on this issue

I totally agree !!! I am here everyday (several times a day) to get my fix, but I could really care less about who dumped who, whatever. It's over, move on. By her "people" talking about it feeds the fire and drags it out even longer. I personally think that the stars love the attention and that is why they chose who they are spotted with and where they go. It helps their career and makes them feel good about themselves. To put the blame on either John or Jen is wrong- it is a two-way street. They both used each other, imo. Hope this made sense !

You're right, ammandy. With friends like these, Jen doesn't need the paps! I'm sure these "sources" only speak to the press at her behest, though...she probably tells them exactly what to say so that she comes out looking like the victor. Unfortunately, it just makes her look even more sad, desperate, and needy.
She sure knows how to pick 'em....who cares who dumped whom.

We all know I dig Jen Aniston, but right now - after reading those statements her "people" made. I think you might be right. Maybe John will write a song about it? lol sorry, i had to say it.
John Mayer strikes me as a real cad. I just think he's a BS-er.
We don't care about what's happened, they've broken up fine. They should show some class and just keep a low profile. These two are just press hungry seriously.

She didn't reply to him...it is from a friend/source. Jen wouldn't respond that is not her style and this is totally believable and makes sense. John always has put himself out there with the media and Jen hasn't.
This is great: John goes public about their break up, Jen's "people" respond and now she's the bad guy? WTF?! *LOL* John is a self-serving person that is hungry for the spotlight, period. Don't blame Jen because she took it back from him.
Im not a fan of either Jen or John, tho I must say I feel for her. Kinda. I mean, ok, she's lonely... and horny... and Johns got that Dave Matthews kind of sexy thang going on and, knowing John's rep, no doubt he played himself up and laid yet another hollywood woman. So she's happy for a few weeks, he adds another notch to his bedpost and a bit down the line, again, she's lonely and probably horny. Perhaps she should look outside LA for her next man.

Her PR machine is in overdrive trying to make her not look like she drove yet another man away. I love how some of you think John's the one hungry for the spotlight. She's been in it long before Mayer ever became famous. You don't know crap about him because you all are too busy obsessed with this has been awful actress.

Whether or not the "people" are made up in this case is irrelevant. Her people in the real world likely are talking, at least amongst each other and this trusted friend who tells that trusted friend, etc. Its silly and petty but its human nature, psych 101.
Realistically there is no way to make them stop but if they were really her friends they'd respect her and STFU. When I went through bad scenes like that and my friends shot off - I cut them down cold, out of the situation and out of my life.

Did they not fly out on same jet to a jig John was playing at a commercial type conference and then fly to a private destination, again on Ms. Aniston's private jet?
To the best of my knowledge, when a trip is required John goes to the airport and gets on a commercial flight.
Ms. Aniston rents a private jet to haul ass to pick up her man.

As far as picking up the tab, there are past articles about him picking up the tab for dinner, vacations, etc while he was with Jessie Simpson.
I believe John Mayer in this .. he's telling the truth here (albeit in way too much detail).
She's calling him cheap because she had to pay for the weed all that time. They are big time weed smokers, you know. Lots of differences besides just age with these two.
He likes bars and clubs, she hates any social environments. He loves his fans, she hates her own. He likes having his picture taken, she's always trying to hide her mug. I think he better understands the meaning of the word 'celebrity' and uses it to the hilt. She likes to come off as being 'too good' for all of that. At least he has some talent. What has she got? The
memory of Friends and a string of lousy movies to keep her going. Big deal.
If one of the two has to be believed, I'm going with him. He didn't want to waste her time. There was no chemistry. End of story. The only part she's bitching about is that he is up front with the press when she wants to run and hide. Too bad for her.

Come one, magazine and entertainment sites always use "source", "friends" and we all know it's just a made-up story. When a real friend says something they make sure to mention their name ( like David Arquette saying JA is "Happy" etc.). This is BS. They just wanna create more drama where drama isn't present. Because everyone knows JA sales the most.

Too right. Last week a rag mag at the checkout in the country where I live had a headline screaming she was pregnant - yet again. Now they are not even together! However, in the weirdly interdependent relationship "celebs" have with the gossip media and the paparazzi, it is difficult to differentiate between fabricated stories and those the "celeb" may have fed to the media to keep themselves in the public eye.
I don't believe any of Jens friends would say a word about her, I don't believe this story..If JA had something to say, she would say it herself.John is an ass, and should STFU..if he thinks running his mouth will endear him to people, hes sadly mistaken..she doesn't look too unhappy about the breakup...
The only time Jennifer Aniston was interesting was in Leprechaun, being 22 or so and wearing daisy dukes. John Mayer was right about that. As for Mayer, he's a schmoozer and phony, an empty soul with nothing to say, who will wake up one day soon to find all his fame mysteriously vanished and that no one even knows his name anymore... Remember Hootie and the Blowfish? Kinda like that.

I give John credit for the fact that he uses the press so cleverly. Why shouldn't he give the fans what they want?? His approach with the paps is really slick...No Talent Jen tries to be so coy and innocent, but she knows what the real deal is. She can't keep a man and I think we all know the reason why.
The comment from Team Aniston about her paying for everything slays me.
Why the hell shouldn't she pay - desperate and pushing 40 as she is with no other male prospects around (if you can call gay boy Vince still eligible, considering she supposedly dumped him too). Mayer is a young, hot stud and his time costs money, people. Come on!!
