Super fit and sexy LL Cool J was on BET's "106 & Park" yesterday to perform his new single, "You and Me". I love a little LL, he's obviously extremely attractive but I grew up when his songs were huge. :) I'll always love, "Around the Way Girl"... Which LL song is your favorite?

Eye Candy twice in one day...........wow. LL will always have his sexxiness goin on. He will never lose that. Man Tyrese and LL in the same day. Now lets get a picture of them with there shirts off or something. And yeah I still to this day remember how the dance goes my 10 year old thinks I'm crazy
