Jessica Simpson Denies Tony Romo Still Calls Carrie Underwood

What a love triangle. In a recent interview with Allure Carrie Underwood says that Tony Romo calls her and she doesn't pick up.
"The phone will ring and it'll be him, and I'll maybe not answer."
But Jessica Simpson denies that's still happening. She said,
"I looked at his call log. Tony and I both laughed at that. We got a chuckle out of it."
Hmm, I don't really see why Carrie would have a reason to lie about this, but at the same time do you really think Tony is still calling her this far into his relationship with Jessica?

Exactly. In other words, she doesn't trust him. And he is smart enough to erase those calls if he is making them. Unless you work at the phone company, there is no way to see a whole call log. Only the log left undeleted by the phone owner.

Jessica says she knows this to be true because she looked at Tony's call log to make sure. Even if she did, why would she admit it? She is pathetic. I still think Tony is just using Jessica because he can. She is also stupid for thinking her webcam striptease shows are being seen only by Tony's eyes. She has sh&t for brains. There is no doubt that Tony is laughing and chuckling.
Carrie gave that interview MONTHS ago (this is normal for magazines to interview, and then print it a few months later). So, what Carrie said was probably true at the time.

Because men sometimes do call the exes even when they are with someone else. Mine had a habit of ringing me even after being apart for years. And Jessica I have some bad news to tell you...call logs can be deleted, even single numbers/phone calls

why is everyone taking Carrie Underwood's side? how do you know she is some kind of saint? maybe she was trying to save face in the interview and lied about the phone calls. all these people are shameless self-promoters and lying is part of the package.
Totally agree with you on that one... It's a complete and utter possibility that she was attempting to gain more attention by claiming that Tony Romo was still into her, cuz people would definitly read the article and pay attention to her if they thought something was still going on even if he was with Jessica... or it is completely possible that Tony is just screwing with both of them... Whatever.
Actually if you think about Jessica looks a little like Carrie and shes trying to market herself in hopes in becoming what Carrie is naturally. I feel bad for Jess, but Carrie is such a true talent and is not tainted by the whole Hollywood thing. Anyway Jess I guess its not the *smartest* thing in the world to market yourself as ditzy and dumb. Im sure Tony misses Carrie a little

I got from Underwood’s comment that MAYBE when he calls I won't answer. Not that he calls her everyday but that if he ever did she wouldn't answer. I do know from experience that ex’s call. It is a way from them to see if they still control your emotions. Ego thing basically.

She looked at his call log???? That means she read or heard about the statements and actually questioned whether they were true or not. If she believed Carrie was lying, there would have been no reason to look at the call log. She is a Loser.

sounds like jessica is very insecure. first she took a stab at carrie by wearing a t-shirt "real girls eat meat", knowing that carrie is a vegetarian and then she laugh at her for making that statement, but she went ahead and check on his log call. she obviously didn't trust him.

Ditto the others that got the same thing I did -- that Carrie was saying MAYBE if he calls, she wouldn't answer. Read -- "The phone WILL ring and it WILL be him, and MAYBE I WON'T answer." What she said was taken out of context.
so. i don't like any of them.but i wouldn't take carries side, i mean you don't even know her, how do you know that she's intellegent ? jessica has every right to defend her man. and why would carrie even say that in an interview? if she wasn't desperate for attention? don't hate on jessica and don't judge her ! because you don't know her.

This is pretty irresponsible journalism/blogging. She said 'just kidding' after the quote. Obviously out of context she sounds like a total bunny boiler, but she wasn't being serious! And I agree, that interview was probably done months ago.

Poor Jess. I can't believe she admitted she looked at the call log . . . in an interview! For heaven's sake, girl, have a little dignity! Diva Carrie is just trying to play you, and you're letting her see she got to you. Now you're going to have to figure out a way to turn this all around in your favor. . . and honey, I'm not sure you can do that without a little help with strategy. Call in whatever girlfriends you've got and make a plan now! LOL.

Jessica may not know tuna from Chicken but Carrie certainly was trained by sharks. I believe there have been a few blind items about the diva country queen in the past. At least with Jess, there is no pretense. She does not profess to be a rocket scientist. She defends her family-whatever the cost, and even if she fails at something, she keeps trying. Ms. Underhanded needs to understand that she was dumped by Mr. Romo, not once, but twice and if Mr. Romo wanted her back he and his teammates would be singing Baby Come Back under her window. Calling on the phone is not worthy of gossip space.
