Multiple sources have confirmed to Entertainment Weekly’s Michael Ausiello exclusively that Michelle Rodriguez (a.k.a. Ana Lucia) is returning to Lost for one episode in the new season.
Details of her comeback are slim, but here’s what we know:
- Rodriguez is back for one episode, most likely this season’s second.
- It is likely that Ana Lucia will appear in someone’s flashback or via hallucination. And just an FYI, Cheech Marin is scheduled to appear with her. Figure that one out.
When stars return to your favorite sitcoms, does it make you want to watch more? Are you more excited that Michelle is going to return to Hawaii for one more take? I don’t know if this is a big deal for me… especially since Lost is notorious for flash-backs, flash-forwards, and hallucinations. With that formula, anything and everything is always possible. They could get President Clinton in the season opener and have it COMPLETELY TIE into the story line.
I hate this chick. She’s a wannabe Vasques (see “Aliens”).
So over Lost but Im intrigued about Noah Wylie’s return to ER’s final season.
Cheech Marin has appeared before – he plays Hurley’s father. Makes sense…Hurley is the one who has the visions all the time (a la Charlie coming to see him).
OOOH! What if Hurley & Ana Lucia are HALF-BROTHER and SISTER???? I cannot WAIT for this next season to start!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I wish they would just cut to the chase and play the seasons back to back. I’m sure it’s getting old for both the viewers and the actors….

I don’t watch Lost, but for some strange reason I like her, but I don’t know why………..
I can’t stand her character on LOST. I like Michelle, but not her LOST character, they made you hate her on that show..Not happy she is back, but i rather her be back for just 1 episode, then more..
I only tolerate her because of Cheech.
