While vacationing in Hawaii with her family, Courtney Cox was involved in a minor car accident. On Saturday afternoon, her white BMW collided with a truck on the Big Island by the Waikoloa Beach Resort area of South Kohala. Thankfully, Courtney and the truck driver are both doing ok.
Reports aren’t clear whether or not Courntey was in the car with Coco orDavid Arquette.
