Kate Hudson Being Sued

Kate Hudson is being sued! A company named 220 labratories claimes that she entered into a spoken agreement with them and her stylist to develop a line of eco-friendly hair products. Here’s where things get a little sticky.

However 220 Laboratories then says that once they showed Kate and David
their ingredient list, including the ash, the duo took the knowledge
and went to another company to produce their products. The company
maintains that at the time they were the sole provider of volcanic ash
to the U.S.

Do you think this is true? I mean, would a hair company really show a celebrity their entire ingredient list? I guess that depends on how involved the star plans to be with the line…

The company is trying to hit them claims of "misappropriation of trade secrets and fraud." Yikes!

Will she ever cut that boy’s hair? does anyone know whether it’s a religious thing?

    Hee hee!

Kate had stated that the long hair was a religious thing (something about Jewish boys not cutting their hair until they were three). Not sure if it’s still the case.

Well, the kid’s father has long hair, so maybe that’s why. Of course, the father was also a heroin addict, so hopefully they won’t let Ryder try that, too. Also…I guess there are some dresses where even Spanx will show through….

It’s called Upsherin and it is usually done when the boy is two. That’s because they want to get the boy used to wearing the traditional cap. At three years old they get their tassels (Tzitzit).
The Upsherin marks the boy’s entry into the educational system and the commencement of the Torah study.
