Jeremy Pivens Is How Tall?

Jeremy Piven was photographed out shopping in Beverly Hills yesterday by himself looking pretty darn good. I admit I've always kind of liked him, but thought he was one of those extremely short men in Hollywood. I was surprised to find out (google) that he's actually 5'9". Has anyone met him in person? Is he really that tall? For some reason I always assumed he was Tom Cruise's size. :)

He is NOT 5'9. Like the most of them, 5'7 at best. i live in LA...i thought about starting a blog about how gay some actors are or how tall they really are but i don't want to get sued! Here's one: Kid Rock. I thought he's be tall for some reason. He's 5'9...with shoes on.
IMDB is frequently wrong about heights. I believe that they list Johnny Knoxville as being 6'1, but I am 5"8 and I was standing next to him at a concert at the Knitting Factory in NYC and he couldn't have been more than 5'10. I was wearing 1 inch heals and he was barely taller than I was, which was suprising since he always seems so tall in movies!
Of course he's 5'9" -- in heels.
Not that tall. I live in L.A. and see him around all the time. I am 5' 7" and he is no taller than me.
On that note - still a major hottie! But, he's always looking around to see who is looking at him...

I swear to god, I am not BSing you Vera... my sister used to date him, and he took her and I out to dinner in Santa Monica one night. A) He's kind of a douchebag (I could tell that he thought I should be fawning all over him because he's a *celebrity*, and I just wanted to know if he was treating my sister right... yeah, shock, he wasn't), and B) I have a VERY hard time with 5'9". I'm 5'8" and I freaking towered over the man. In all fairness, I was wearing heels, but still... 5'9" just ain't so.

5'9 my ass. I lie and say I'm 5'9 when I'm really 5'8 1/2, when I met him I was wearing my flat shoes as was he and he was much shorter than I .
That's not tall for a guy. Plus men always always say they are taller than they really are. He's about 5'7".
i honestly can say...from serving him in a cafe in santa monica, that he is a total asshole. i would never spit in anyones drink (ever) because i can't be that mean, but man...did i want to for this guy. he's truly the definition of douchebag.

Even if he was 5"9 (and when it is under 6' they are all lying and adding for their lifts) that is still short! Said the 5'10 girl. lol ok, but isn't 5'9 still massively limiting for female costars? He just looks like a major arse to me, I don't know why. MaybeLas Vegas movie, Very Bad Things (Great flick btw) is still stuck in my head.

My hubby is 5'9" and its not that tall. I'm 5'4" and with heels? We are the same height. It's pretty cute.

Vera I don's know where you got that height info, but this website gives the true height of the stars: http://www.celebheights.com/s/P.html. This will take you to the P's. Piven is listed as being 5ft 7.75in. I was sad to learn that Kevin Zegers is the same height :(

Yes, ive met him, and gone to his lovely house. He is a nice but distant person. Very relaxing atomosphere over there. ANyhow, I dont remember him being 5'9". Maybe 5'8" but not 5'9". I could be wrong though.
