Liv Tyler and a friend enjoyed an afternoon of shopping in Soho and later stopping by the A.P.C store. I think it's pretty obvious by now that if your a celebrity the best place to live is in New York. Sure, you get photographed but only occasionally and never like in L.A. :) Of course if you're Angelina Jolie or Brad Pitt there's no getting away from it.
