Victoria Beckham Is No Martha Stewart

Victoria Beckham Is No Martha Stewart

Victoria Beckham fed her family minced meat for four years, because it was the only dish she cooked well. In an interview
with a Manchester radio station, Victoria said:

The only thing I
can cook really is mince meat
, which is ironic because I'm a vegetarian. But I like calzone and lasagna. I cooked every day in Spain so David and the boys lived off minced meat for four years. I
cook a Sunday dinner every single Sunday I'll have you know. My kids
like Yorkshire pudding so I make that, I can make it from scratch and I
make Dora the Explorer cakes for afters because the kids love them."

This makes me love her even more!

I love her, too. We haven't seen her much lately. At least it feels that way. I just can't picture her cooking. LOL

I thought mincemeat was mainly minced fruits. I don't think I have heard of you actually putting meat in mincemeat recipes. Anyway the mental vision I have of Victoria in her heels making Dora the Explorer cakes is pretty funny. Gotta love her.

Minced meat is ground beef.

Sunday dinner = a roast.
Maybe it's just a British thing?
