Sex And The City Sequel In London???

How awesome would that be?!? Chris Noth has just thrown the idea in the mix...he thinks the sequel to the Sex and the City movie should be filmed in London!
"We are doing a sequel right here in London. I don’t know, I’m just kidding, it’s up to the writer, Michael Patrick King.
He has some great ideas. I think it would be a great place to make it.
If Woody Allen can make films in London, why can’t we? "Maybe Carrie
and Mr Big could take their honeymoon here, maybe his business could
move here or could bring him here and they could settle down."
Although, NYC is pretty central to the show's plot, it seems like London has a similar cosmopolitan feel. It might be fun to mix it up a little bit. What do you think...SATC London, yay or nay???

Iwas so disappointed with the movie I don't think it matters where they put it. I want a Samantha spinoff. Network shows have spinoffs. Why can't SATC?

London works for me. The movie was ok. My wife enjoyed it a lot. I'll miss Noth on Law and Order, Criminal Intent.

What, Sex and the Other City? No. No. No.
Maybe have the honeymoon there, great, but come back. It isn't the same when they shoot away from the City, NYC. It is the fifth character. The L.A. episodes weren't as good, and that was just a business trip. No. I love shows/movies and especially books in London, or about London, but NO not SATC. It isn't Sex in a City, it is Sex AND THE City. Aw bollocks. They are going to fek it all up, aren't they?

Yup, totally agree with you, Booyah. Sex & The City without NY is NOT Sex & The City. After all it's about Carrie, her frends, their relationships and The City - New York.

nO WAY IN lONDON. SATC BELONGS TO NYC AS NYC BELONGS TO SATC. THE MOVIE WASN'T GOOD, BUT A SEQUEL... WOULD MAKE THINGS EVEN WORSE! C'MON GUYS, STOP THE MONEY MAKING MACHINE!
