You are so closed...so small. The video is just beautiful. I love them both for who they are...people...in love. Shame on you! I don't understand any negative comment. If you can't say something nice...then shut the "f" up.
I agree that the video was absolutely beautiful! And I am so happy for them. But if we can say that, why can't anyone with a different opinion say what they think? Grow up and realize that the whole world will never be of one opinion and respect other views even though they may be different from your own.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinions...but i think it's a shame to deny people the right to love and be loved in a way that IS natural. I mean, lets say that mentally challenged, deformed or handicapped people should not be allowed this because not everyone else sees them as beautiful. Oh hell, maybe I shouldn't be allowed to marry or be loved because i am heavily tattooed and frowned upon by society at large? Maybe lets just say this...Only people who go to church and live by every word written in the bible (a fictional story) should be allowed to marry and procreate. Lets live in a world where everything is censored and comes down to government and the bible. I mean, if everyone is the same, or told to be the same then everyone will be the same on the outside and we can live in a society that is tollerance and not acceptance. "God" forbid that something that isn't understood should be shown to the world, it's just WRONG to love simply because you love...right? Sorry, but i cannot think it's wrong, gross, weird or unnatural. I think anyone who has it in their heart to love another human being for who they are should be allowed to committ their life to them, good for these ladies. Maybe they will be on the other side of the marriage statistics? Basically what I just need to say here is...It may not be right to you, but it's right for them. Someday society will eventually turn around and not be afraid of what isn't the norm

well I remain to be anonymous only coz if u scroll down you will see how the rest react with name calling to such comments. If you read carefully, I said it looked weird and unnatural to me.....and the next line it says if they are happy then good for them!!!!!!!!! I personally believe marriage to be between Man and a Woman, dats my opinion. No wonder it looks weird to me and it will always be. Just coz someone is happy to marry their gay partner doesn't make it right. Same way people are happy to drink, to do drugs there can be lot of situations where people are happy and all those may or may not be right and give them authority to do so. I understand this is a very sensitive topic, and I do not agree to it. but please don't point out what is right or what is wrong as if you know!!!!! If I disagree then so be it and you like it so be it, every one has their opinion and should be allowed to post their comments. There was no hate remark, no insult just what I thought. yes you are right. you should not be concerned why two people who love each other want to share their own private matrimonial lives together and make the same commitment as most couples can, despite societal pressure from ignorant people who are against.

Ellen seems so much more smitten than Portia does -- not just here but I've noticed it before also -- Portia almost seems to be posing here. I hope I'm wrong, I like Ellen alot. I just hope Portia doesn't hurt her, because she's definitely got the power to from what I see every time I see those two together.
I think people who find it unnatural and weird because they're not used to seeing it. Remember when interracial marriage was illegal? Same thing. I'm sure people back then thought it was weird and unnatural then and now we don't even think twice about it.

Punished by what or whom? I suppose they may be depressed, etc. because of the way that society treats them. Can you imagine living your life knowing that people think you are "disgusting" and make you feel like a freak? I think that may have something to do with it, not some punishment from God, if that is what you are suggesting.
And as far as the lesbians who seem to be more masculine, I don't think anyone is trying to be a man. It is just a yin and yang thing. They complement each other. In a world full of hate, it's a miracle to find love (whatever form it takes). To love somebody will never be wrong, not matter who that person turn out to be (different sex or the same sex). No person, goverment or even religion should say who is ok to love and who isn't. People should be able to celebrate and legalize in front of everyone (and without shame) their love. Again, in world full of hate, it's a miracle to love and be love in return, no matter who that person is.

I got very teary eyed at their reactions when they first saw each other in their wedding garb. I didn't see two women, I saw two people who are obviously very deeply in love and that's what choked me up. I remember feeling the same way seeing my husband at the end of the isle on our wedding day.
I truly wish the best for the both of them.
Honestly I never really wanted to get married until I saw that video. To love someone so much that it gives your life meaning is amazing and I wish that for everyone.
