Lynne Spears: Britney And Justin Were Too Similar
Boy! Lynne Spears is writing about EVERYTHING isn't she? She even brought up the 2002 break up of Justin Timberlake and her daughter in her new book. I'm sure he will be thrilled about it.... just thrilled.
Lynne insists that the split was incredibly difficult for her daughter - and may have been caused because the former couple’s personalities were too alike.
She writes in her forthcoming book Through the Storm: A Real Story of Fame and Family in a Tabloid World,
"(The split) was a terrible thing for all involved. I wish they would have parted ways differently, rather than to hurt each other and leave all those scars.
"They were a lot alike - perhaps too similar - and butted their strong wills together too often." And Lynne hopes the two can rebuild their friendship. They have each grown in compassion and maturity.
Here’s hoping they can be true friends and put any leftover missing puzzle pieces together for good."
You have to wonder what Britney thinks of her mother writing about her life. It seems like such a betrayal to me.
I doubt that she's feeling betrayed. I'm sure Britney is getting some profit from this book as well.

Wouldn't one think as a mother, that perhaps, now isn't the right time to put out a book like this? This CAN NOT be good for someone that is recovering from mental illness.

Lynn Spears DISGUSTS me. I would be horrified if my mother decided to write a tell all book. Like she needs any more money. I'm glad Britney is getting her life together but this family creeps me out just as much as the Simpson family. I'm scared to see how Joe Simpson sells out Ashlee and Pete's baby for as much money as possible.

Britney may have some personality problems but she doesn't seem like a pissy, little bitch to me. It's a little unfair of Lynne to say they were similar.
How can you tell your daughter out like that? Some things should be kept private. Unless Britney gave her blessing to tell these stories this is just wrong.
