Mischa Barton our "fashion hit or miss queen" was looking pretty darn fantastic as she attended the Fashion for Relief Show last night in London. I'm loving this dress on her and that belt really makes a statement.
Belts have really become THE accessory of the year haven't they? Cinched waists and skinny belts are popping up everywhere! Though I prefer the larger ones like Mishca is wearing as it acts as a natural camouflage for the extra... love I have hanging around my mid region.

I REALLY hate her hair in this picture! I don't know if it's the color, or the way she parted it, or just its stragglyness in general. Mischa looks totally haggard and sloppy. Personally, I don't think she's looked remotely good since she was fired from The O.C.
She definitely needs a good trim on that mane.

If you are a Celeb, and have all that money, there is NO excuse for having ROOTS THAT BAD! Especially as she isn't all that busy anymore, now is she??
