Goop! That's what Gwyneth Paltrow wants you to do. To Goop. Her new site breaks down the various aspects of life and offers personal essays from the actress to teach you how to achieve each section. You have several to choose from:
Currently, if you click on any of the sections, you get the same message.
"My life is good because I am not passive about it. I want to nourish what is real, and I want to do it without wasting time. I love to travel, to cook, to eat, to take care of my body and mind, to work hard. I love being a mother who has to overcome my bad qualities to be a good mother. I love being in spaces that are clean and nice."
"Make your life good. Invest in what's real. Cook a meal for someone you love. Pause before reacting. Clean out your space. Read something beautiful. Treat yourself to something. Go to a city you've never been to. Learn something new. Don't be lazy. Workout and stick with it. GOOP. Make it great."
What do you think? Is Gwyneth someone you wouldn't mind taking lifestyle tips from?

what is this self righteous crap?? yes, gwyneth you are so perfect & your life is complete because you stick to a workout. BAH! i am all for not being passive in life & being the best you can be, but the last person i want advice from is someone who was born with a silver spoon in her mouth. its must be so very easy to preach about how to have a perfect life when everything wonderful you have in life was practically handed to you. this makes me like her even less now than before. ick.

Girlfriend is crazy egotastic to think all the peons want to know how to acheive her perfect life. As the PP said, it's easy to be smug and perfect when you have never had to live a real life like 90% of the world. I did not think it was possible for me to ever dislike Gwynnie more, but she managed to give me some more hate!
I totally agree! She seriously has to be the most pretentious ass in Hollyweird. The only reason this fugly, talentless twit is where she is is because her father, Bruce Paltrow, was a Hollywood television and film director and producer and her mother is actress Blythe Danner! Also, she grew up spending the holidays with "THE SPEILBERGS" as she puts it. She was born with Hollywood connections up the wazoo and it was because of them that she was given parts in movies and subsequently an Academy Award. Because of that alone makes the Academy Awards lose all credibility. Fishticks Patrow, you can go goop yourself!
I think this is brilliant, she is a brilliant role model and shows you how to have a happy life without being a lazy p*sshead, she is a true woman/lady, ive signed up already. you go gwynnie
i think it's great as well!
this is pretty good goop for a change!!

The first paragraph annoyed me. "My life is good because blah blah blah...." No! your life is good because you have money... and lots of it. the second paragraph, however was very sweet. And if I pretend it came from some one else it sounds like words to live by. (minus the work out part)
Misss Insouciant & Vacuous???? You must be joking, Vera!
Don't like her at all. Not only did she have everything handed to her (as was mentioned before) but she always seems so self-righteous and self-important. She would never have won an academy award if her father wasn't a Hollywood bigwig producer at the time (all her movies are awful). She never smiles unless she is promoting herself. I wouldn't even pay one cent to see any of her movies. I wish she would just go away!!
it's hard to take advice from someone who doesn't have same struggles/lifestyle you do... 9-5 full time job, taking care of your kids by yourself full time or money worries. She means well but people like that, their advice is easier said then done.
Oh my god what an idiot. She is rich, that's it. She was born rich, made more money and married rich. Just because she had postpartum depression does not make her like a "regular" person. Its annoying how celebs use their "very human emotions" to sell themselves.
I just visited the site...what the hell does "nourish the inner aspect" even mean? Aspect of what? Who is she to have all the answers? Just because you're a bad actress doesn't give you a psychology degree. I don't usually get so outraged by stupid celebrity know-it-all-ness but this is just over the top.
She cheated on Brad Pitt, what a perfect life...
