Love It Or Hate it: Gillian Anderson

Gillian Anderson was at the UK Premiere of her new movie, "How To Lose Friends and Alienate People" last night in London wearing a very interesting dress. The first thing I thought of when I saw her dress was Pink and the dress she wore to the MTV awards. Many of you enjoyed Pink's selection. I'm curious to see if you will have the same opinion on Gillian's choice.
I feel guilty writing this Love it or Hate it because this actress is
on a pregnancy pass. I typically don't write about what anyone wears
during this time period as it's very hard to get something that fits
correctly. However, this set is more about the actual dress and not the
way it makes Gillian look.

I actually love it. Cape is OK. The only problem I see is her hair. This hair color does not work well with black and white colors.
correction: colos are black and peach or light pink. But still hair color is too orange for this ensemble.

I hate it... I think the colours are kind of garish and the stripes look kind of circus-y..

she doesn't look comfortable at all...she look like she can't wait to get out of there. the dress look nice on her - not liking the red on the dress though.
The dress is by Alice Temperley-you couldn't have done some research on the designer, no? Anderson regularly wears her designs and this is a beautiful example. I think it's absolutely perfect-the vertical stripes are ideal for drawing attention away from her belly. I think she looks amazing.
The dress is ok, but more importantly, what does the man with her see? He looks terrified!!

Vera, if you don't typically make Love/hate threads about pregnant women, then why here? Either drop your "exception policy" completely or stick to it with no ifs and buts. Making an exception about one actress only is so much worse.
Love the dress and Gillian! Poor girl fell not to just before the movie started.
