It was all just one big misunderstanding. Someone in the media got their hands on Sharon Stone's court papers from an order she filed to try to move him out to Los Angeles. That order was denied, but the person who read the papers understood them to mean that she had lost custody.
"She wanted the court to modify the order so her child could go to school in Los Angeles. But the court felt that, for whatever reason, that she did not meet a burden to move him out of San Francisco during the school year.
She thought it was best at this young age that she had these two younger children to have her older son be with them and the court didn't want to modify the order. She loves her son and felt it would be better to have her child in Los Angeles."
PHEW, glad that's all cleared up.
Geez, what a rotten misunderstanding. It was ALL OVER the internet, even on "NEWS" sites. Makes you wonder how much misinformation we are REALLY getting!

I first found out in People Magazine - which is one of the most reliable sources out there. I'm glad everything is sorted out.
I don't know, I think something is still up. It has to be a HUGGGGGE misunderstanding for someone to report that she had "permanently" lost physical custody. I mean, something like this doesn't even seem to compare to a custody case, how could it be so misconstrued?
Wow that really sucks. I can see why she'd want them with her and her other kids. Whoever read that should be ashamed.
