Who Knew The Pizza Boy Was Into Spanking?
Sorry, I know to many Patrick Dempsey is thought of as McDreamy from Grey's Anatomy. But every time I see him, all I can think about are his movies from the 80s - Can't Buy me Love and Loverboy. He always played this geeky little reject who somehow got very lucky with the ladies.

Same here, every time I see him I am reminded of the pizza boy with the HUGE nose. No one would think he was sexy if they remember him pre-plastic surgery.
Well if he would keep his shoes off the bed--he probably wouldn't get a spanking. LOL
Patrick is truly gorgeous, not least because of some very good plastic surgery(facial liposculpture, chin implant, etc. ?).
Unfortunately, nude photos from 20 years ago reveal that Patrick suffers from severe tinymeat!!

Was it surgery? I thought he broke his nose a couple times and they had to correct. The septum's obviously still deviated.
