Angelina Jolie Is Coming Home Folks!
Angelina Jolie is expected to return to the U.S. for the first time since giving birth to twins next week. The Changeling star has to attend the New York premiere of her latest film.
Angelina and her partner Brad Pitt welcomed babies Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline in the south of France in July and spent summer in a chateau there.
The Jolie-Pitt family then moved to Berlin, Germany - where Pitt is shooting new movie Inglorious Bastards - last week.
But Jolie is expected to cut short her stay in the German capital, to attend the New York Film Festival screening of Changeling.
Universal Pictures has confirmed Jolie is due on the red carpet next Friday (10Oct08), with director Clint Eastwood and co-stars Jeffrey Donovan, Michael Kelly and Amy Ryan.
You know she is going to be back to her pre-pregnancy weight and as fabulous as ever...

I find that with the exception of her Girl, Interrupted role where she essentially played a charachter close to her, she is a weak actress at any serious movie. She almost always overplays and I only see Jolie as opposed to the character (ie Marianne Pearl was horrid)Best roles for her are or rather were similar to Lara Croft. But after having all these kids it is hard to associate her with that role as well. Her Wanted was terrible and she looked tired in it as oppose her usual sexu and fierce. Thumbs down.

She will be attending this film festival alone, Brad will be staying in Germany. They have split but they are not releasing that info yet. She has tried to cancel her appearance but Clint wasn't happy about that at all, so she decided to appear. She is not feeling well.
I will not be surprised if they go separate ways, in fact she was so much more like herself without this prick. But what about this army of kids? Angelina has a mind of her own and is very moody. Ever since she hooked up with him all those press releases, over the top charity events totally annoy me.

Meanwhile... 6 children in and no break on the movie-making schedule since she just signed up for another movie... so much for being a full-time mother.
As for this movie, bah... I am not interested. Both Clint and DeNiro (The Good Shepard) should have hired other actresses for these roles.

I'm looking forward to seeing her too! Angie has grown into a cool grown woman, who has proven that she has matured past her wild girl days. Angie never said she was going to give up her film career. She said she was taking a year off when she finished filming "Changeling." She's been off since 12/7/07 and she has no films scheduled to shoot until 2/16/09 -- that's 14 months. I'm pretty sure in every calendar on the planet that is a YEAR!
She and Brad worked about 15 weeks each last year. We should all be so lucky.
