Janet Jackson Released From Hospital
Janet Jackson has been released from the hospital. The Rock Witchu tour is still postponed, but the good news is the singer is resting comfortably and no longer under a doctor's care. Rebecca Burns, spokeswoman for the McGill University Health Centre, which operates the hospital, says,
"Yesterday evening she was checked into the Royal Victoria Hospital and left a couple of hours later."
For some reason, representatives for the Montreal are still citing "production constraints" as the reason why the show isn't happening. Why can't they just say Janet is tired? Or sick? I think her fans will understand.
Further details of the star’s health problems have yet to be released, although sources close to the 42 year old’s boyfriend, music producer Jermaine Dupri, claim she has been suffering from exhaustion.
The insider tells People.com,
"A 42-year-old body can’t handle what a 22-year-old body can. I can tell you that she’s definitely tired. It was probably exhaustion. She is doing back-to-back, three-hour shows, and her body isn’t the same as it used to be."
No word yet on whether or not the Boston show will take place this Wednesday.

she has canceled 4 shows so far. and the montreal one was just before it started during sound check. that's pretty brutal considering fans probably pay a pretty penny to see her. i sure hope they get reimbursed. this is not cool at all. i understand touring can be tiring and performers get sick like everyone else but canceling 4 shows is not ok in my opinion. if she gets exhausted so easily, perhaps she shouldn't be touring.

Boston was cancelled yesterday actually. And I think she's cancelled everything up to Saturday and claims that Saturday is when she'll start performing again.
Time to retire Janet.
I sincerely hope Janet is on her way to feeling better. I'm glad to heard she is doing well enough to leave the hospital. I'm still a fan of the Jackson family, specially Janet and Michael. I wish them the best.
