Hilary Duff's Boyfriend Buys Condo In Garden City, New York
I paid a visit to a friend of mine who owns a shop in town while waiting for my daughter to come out of school this morning. We spoke for a bit and turns out Mike Comrie has just purchased a condo in Garden City, the town where I live.
Yesterday, Mike and Hilary Duff were spotted eating lunch at Walk Street Cafe on 7th street (steps away from the Islanders' new pad).
Can we say... stalker? My eyes are officially peeled!
The buzz is several other Islanders have also purchased housing in my neck of the woods.
And for anybody who is following the political debate, in a few weeks both candidates are going to be in town staying at the Garden City Hotel for their upcoming Hofstra debate. To prep for their arrival, almost every street is practically being repaved!!

Aw, I think they are cute. I get such crap for it but I actually like Hilary. She seems like she's true to who she is and is a great role model for kiddos. I also think that, despite what anyone thinks about her music, she's a great businesswoman.
I know a maggase therapist that works at the Garden City Hotel! She usually works on all the big names that stay there- she massaged Bruce Springsteen a few years back!
