Amy Winehouse In Contact With Scientologists

Amy Winehouse In Contact With Scientologists

Amy Winehouse has been contacted by Scientologists.  They're reaching out to her in an effort to assist her un getting her life back under control.  But can they really help when even rehab and family and friends reaching out hasn't gotten through to her?

The Church urged the singer to try its Narconon drugs programme, which it claims has helped hundreds of people kick their addiction. Winehouse is reportedly considering joining the group.

Her number was passed on to them through people she has worked with in the past.

"She had a call from the celebrity branch of the Church Of Scientology. She thinks they got her number through one of the American music producers who worked on her Back To Black album."

Um, does anyone else find it weird that a "Chruch" has a special "Celebrity Branch?" I mean I knew they did b/c that's the name of the center in Hollywood, but.... really? Yeah, let's trust them... (sarcasim...)

I wish that I could contact her. She does not need a church. She has Bipolar disorder and she needs meds, therapy, inpatient stay in a psych hospital and rehab. So frustrating to watch...

U sick ****er, she does not need any of that as it clearly doesnt work and is dangerous. Public opinion is shifting on psychiatry and the evil pharmacuetical industry. They are the religion straight from the depths of hell, wanting everybody to believe that everyone is mentally ill. Do some research ****head!

Those crazies and their claims. Like that crazy tiny actor was claiming in those videos that the $cientos are the only ones who can help at accident sites - instead of EMTs, doctors, nurses. Really, I don't get why exactly they're tax exempt, when so many countries in Europe recognize them for what they are, a greedy corporation, a fascist-like cult, most certainly not a church.

Their rehab actually has a pretty high success rate. I know someone whose daughter went there. They took her back twice after, and it was knock wood, eventually successful. They didn't come after her either. That said, I do think they are a cult. But I think narcanon is useful for some, I would venture the number is more like thousands, not hundreds.

I did the program and I lost all cravings for illegal drugs. I got my IQ back to what it was before I was doing drugs. It had dropped about 20 points over the years. I was mainly a pothead but I also did acid, opium, hash, and cocaine. I started using drugs when I was 14 and stopped when I was 24. Haven't touched an illegal drug since. I'm now 42. Narconon really does work and the purpose is to get people sane again. If Amy really wants to kick the habit, she's got a very good chance with Narconon. Then she can move on with her life.
