Mischa Barton was spotted leaving her dental office in LA and then heading over to Rite Aid for her prescription yesterday. What I love in these photographs is the fact that the lady in the back of Mischa spots the camera and goes in for the kill, hoping that Mischa would give her money (according to WENN) since the paparazzi is nearby. :) Whatever works...

I've seeb pics of that woman before around celebs. She's just looking for the right time to mooch. Pathetic. Nice do rag.
Yeah I've seen that lady and some other guys do it. Its like they shame the celebs into giving them money cause a camera is there. Its pretty sad. If I was a celeb I wouldn't give them anything. I shouldn't have to feel obligated. If I want to give then I'll give. Don't try to make me. Anyways...........lol!
I would just like to point out that the crazy baglady is better dressed than the starlet. Thanks.

That's the same homeless person that Mark Wahlberg was recently photographed with.
