Courtney Cox Admits To Having Botox... But Hated It

Botox is a hard one for an actress to swallow. On one hand, you have to look young for the industry. But on the other, you have to be able to move your face around to portray emotion. What's a girl to do?

Courtney Cox is officially saying no more botox. She tried it (how refreshing that an actress admits to something like this), but it just wasn't for her.

"I went to this doctor once he was like,
'Oh, let me do it just here and here and here.' And I was miserable.

"I mean, I'm an actor, I've got to be able to move my
face. When people start messing with their foreheads and can't life
their eyebrows, that's weird. It's not that I haven't tried Botox - but
I hated it."

Her quote comes from this month's Marie Claire magazine.

There are a couple of areas I'd like to use something like this, but to me, Restyline (sp) sounds better. I'll never be able to afford to spend extra money on something like that, though!

I confess, I have tried botox and my face did not feel right. Hubby didn't think it looked right either, so I quit doing it after about 3 appointments. At the time I did it, it was about $300 a treatment. I agree that your face becomes devoid of any expression because it is frozen.

Courtney confessing she used botox is just as shocking as Clay Aiken announcing he's gay.
