i have no desire to buy magazines let alone with any of thoses celebs on them.

call me jealous if you want, but i don't find her pretty at all. just .average

There she goes again, she's such a narcissist. Me, me, me. You know the reason she does all those humanitarian deeds across the world is so that the spotlight shines on her. She can do plenty behind the scenes but that doesn't interest her. Further, whenever there is some gossip rag talking about how her marriage is on the rocks, there she comes out with a cover and with her robotic husband Brad talking about how great everything is. Her manic sense of urgency, manic need to adopt and have children speaks to some dark truths that she is getting away from. Finally her anorexia fits perfectly into the profile as well. We'll see what happens 20 years from now.

I really like this pic of her, it's very sweet. That said, I don't ever buy these magazines, and even in a waiting room or something, I wouldn't pick one up to read. I find the Jolie-Pitt family very strange, but I do wish the best for them. I think they have tried to help a lot of people who need it, and although I don't agree with some past morals of theirs, I think they've redeemed themselves and everyone has moved on.

It seems to me the "public" has little choice as most of the mags ASSUME that everyone is very interested in certain celebrities, therefore they stick their faces on the covers. Frankly....I doubt they(the public) are. In this time of critical financial interests, it seems sadly irresponsible of most mags to devote their covers to those previledged few that get enormous amounts of money for PLAY ACTING!!

Well IMO, if Angelinas name is on it, magazine or movie, I deliberately won't see it or read it...she seems to hate America, she doesn't want to live here, or have her bio kids here, or adopt from here, so shes not getting one penny of my money, that includes Brad Pitt, because he has turned into her clone.

When I was making more money and had less bills to pay I used to buy People Magazine and US on a fairly regular basis. I have never purchased one copy of National Enquirer or Star, although if they were free I would read them-- and I was never really into any of the other many magazines that are on display at the checkout counters. I don't even buy a TV guide anymore. I get my daily fix of gossip from blogs. I like to think I am saving a tree by not purchasing paper that is going to end up in the recycling bin anyway.

OMG ! Why do celebrities make a big deal on keeping their private lives private AND then you have people like the jolie-pitts showing off their private collection of photos...what a contradication ! The photos might be nice BUT they should be for the family & NOT the public...gee, I think celebrities are alittle whacky !!!

Maybe this is another way Brad Pitt keeps rubbing Jennifer Aniston's face in his happiness...maybe Jennifer was right, Brad must be missing a sensivity gene because he & Angie sure like talking & showing everyone their "happiness"...

If they did it based on existing data, then Britney's selling value got diluted as her situation got sadder and sadder, certainly. If they want to do a proper analysis, it'd probably help to compare sales and their connection to certain stories. Google has a great function--you can see the frequency of certain searches over time.
