Eva Mendes At The Launch Of Calvin Klein

Eva Mendes At The Launch Of Calvin Klein

Eva Mendes looked lovely as she attended the launch of Calvin Klein at Harrods in London yesterday. Eva is currently the new "face" of Calvin's new fragrance, "Secret Obsession" which about sums up how I feel about Eva. :) She's seriously one of the most beautiful women in Hollywood.

Since my perfume bottle dropped and cracked down the middle, I am in the market for a new scent. Although I received a bottle of Michael Kors' newest scent 'Very Pretty' and am in LOVE with it. For anyone that used to wear Byblos many moons ago, it smells almost exactly the same. It will be available for purchase in December, so look out for it.

Anyone have any favorite scents they care to share?

I really like D&G 's The One. Somtimes I will just wear an oil fragrance that you can get at Whole Foods. I always get compliments on those.

You can't go wrong with the French powerhouses: Chanel, Guerlain...they don't make a boring/bad scent.

She is one of my girl crushes too...I like curvy girls (even if they are still a size 4!). They don't make me feel so bad!

Prada is my go to evening fragrance. Marc Jacobs Daisy when I want to be girly. Also love Coco Mademoiselle and Burberry Brit, light and airy. I HATE when I can smell a co-workers perfume 5 minutes after they have passed or know who came in the door last while I am gasping for air. Go easy on it girls. You want someone who is close to you to smell. Leave them wanting more. Not everyone else!

whoever said Ralph Lauren Romance is RIGHT ON. I love it!!!! (just don't use the body wash and lotion and perfume together, you'll smell like a french WHOAH) Although I keep sniffing at his new scent Notorious and may try that.

My two favs:

1) Chanel Chance - this perfume reminds me of when I first started dating my fiance (swooooon). He loves it...I am going to treat myself to a bottle before we get married and wear it on the wedding day to suprise him with all those pleasant memories.....yup I am nerd like that.

2) Dior Addict - this is a great winter sent, it has a lot of vanilla and butterscotch undertones but its not sickly sweet at all, it has nice fresh floral high notes to balance it out. Its very yummy!!!

My cousin bought me Byblos literally a decade ago for my birthday. I have a tendancy to never want to throw away the last of my perfumes and I just used the last of it two months ago. I'll have to go look for this new scent!

My all-time favorite purfume is Chanel's Coco Madamoiselle. Yum, and my husband loves me to wear it as well. :)
I also wear Sarah Jessica Parkers Lovely.

I work with fragrances all day, so this is my thing! Here's my list...

--Burberry Brit Red - It's got a sweet, but spicey smell. Smells like a feminine Cologne to me, which I love.
--Hilary Duff Wrapped With Love - It's very light, and sweet. But not overly girly.
--Britney Spears Midnight Fantasy - If you like candy type smells, and like girlie scents, Midnight Fantasy is great. It smells like grape candy.
--Ed Hardy - LOVE this one. My current fave. It's a perfect balance of sweet and floral.
--Be Delicious Red - I dont know what I love about this one, but I wear it almost daily.
--Escada Moon Sparkle - To me, it's more floral than I'm in to, but it's got a good balance, and smells really nice. Plus it's light.
--Christina Aguilera Inspire - I've smelled it a couple times, dont currently own it, but it smelled devine.
