I don’t know who the dark-haired fellow is, but the guy with the receding hairline is Brian Helgeland, the Oscar-winning screenwriter of “L.A. Confidential”. He also wrote the screenplay for “Nottingham”.
The handsome dark-haired bloke is Keith, Russell’s assistant that goes everywhere Russell is. Any time there are pics of Russell out walking somewhere, Keith is just a step behind him.
