How about a cowhide and dye it pink?
She looks gorgeous when she covers herself up- you actually look at her face and see how pretty she is!

LOL (to the comments so far)
Wow, you gotta hand it to her and her people: charity AND vanity all rolled into one - everyone wins! Ok, so I respect her for what she does, but it gets old hearing about how great and wonderful she is all the time. Yes Mariah, you're the Queen Female Recording artist of all time...Yes Mariah, you are attractive and no one ever gets tired of seeing you in a mini skirt... Yes Mariah, you can break the sound barrier, no one can shred their vocal chords like you can...*sigh* "Remember people, this is MARIAH CAREY's dress, the most important female artist IN THE WORLD!" (like she'd let anyone forget) Uh. It's hard to tell sometimes if she actually enjoys being an "artist" or if she still makes records just to gratify her ego. But, fun for the fans - Yay! (no, clearly I'm not one) lol - Mandi

Oh, she's all covered up! I'm so proud of her! That's my girl! She looks like a real woman here, and not some randy 14-year-old boy otaku's (mis)conception of one.
/me wipes away a small tear
And the bright pink is a great colour for her — it helps detract from the, "whoops, I fell asleep in the tanning bed again" complexion.
Let's just hope she keeps this in mind the next time she's possessed by the inexplicable urge to curl up starkers on a fake bear rug on her record cover.
But, back on topic, I considered entering this contest, because it sounded like fun (and because it benefits a cause near and dear to me) ... until I realised that they could probably never find the rainbow-dust-fairy-sneezes-and-unicorn-farts fabric I had in mind to use. Besides, the aforementioned candy-floss dress would probably win by a landslide.
