Nick Hogan Released From Jail

Siblings unite! Brooke Hogan met her brother in tears as he was released from jail. It seems only yesterday Nick Hogan endangered the lives of dozens of people on the road while drag racing with his friend who is now permanently in a coma.

Where are his parents? How come The Hulk wasn't around to greet his little boy? Perhaps they didn't want to make it into a media circus and were waiting for him at home...

Yeah, I know. The whole family literally acted like nick did no wrong. I hate these people. And Brooke, pull up your pants.

I dont know how I feel about this whole thing...in some ways I feel like Nick is completely responsible because he was the one driving the car. But, his friend, John is the one who didnt put his seatbelt on. Nick didnt convince him to not wear one. I go back and forth. I do like Brooke though, she seems genuinely nice and kind.

I agree with both anonymous(eses?). It would've been better that the family showed a bit more remourse. And the whole seat belt thing....well...I've never actually drag raced, but we have gone over the speed limit! is that endangering people? probably. what if something happened in that situation - would we be horrible people. it's hard to understand that whole situation from where we stand.

i disagree with your comment. They were obviously really happy to see each other, they just hugged...nothing can compare to Jolie kissing in the red carpet with her brother just because she felt like it

don't forget her acceptance speech: "I am so in love with my brother right now!!"

ps - ewww. I have a brother of my own and I feel sick just writing that!

It looks to me like she is so excited to see him and just wants to hug him. He looks happy to see her and happy to be out, but ready to get away from the cameras!

I think folks have been too hard on Nick. Unlike the rest of hollywood, he acknowledged his guilt and did the time the court mandated for him. I was a wild child at one time and told my Mother not to resent my friends if something happend to me. We go with our friends when they do something stupid because we want to, not because they make us! I have 2 brothers and I just think Brooke is happy to see him. I would be.

It's great that they really are happy to finally see eachother outside a jail. Good for them. She really did seem to miss him, and it's sad that she had to deal with her parents by herself while he was away - Though I do think it was a proper punishment for what he did, and he did it.

Until you have had a brother in jail you can not possibly know what it feels like. Guilty or not you do not want them in there. It hurts like hell. the whole family hurts. It is constantly in the back of your mind that your brother is not free. You feel guilty that you are. Seriously. I have no idea what the story is here but I am happy for her.

A little honest remorse would have been a decent thing. Too bad his victim is still imprisoned in his body and kept alive by machines. Nick Hogan and others like him get off too easy.

It's a shame what happened to his friend, but that's her brother regardless of what happened and he served time, it's not like every other celebrity who go in and do 30 minutes of their sentence and then that's it.

they are still a great brother and sister, I think the hulk still did a good job raising them. He should not have been driving like that, but it's the age and sometimes really bad things happen to good people.

Hey Vera -

Maybe it's just me, but I always have trouble viewing the thumbnail pictures on your site. After I go through a couple of them, it kicks me out of the site. :(

Just so you know...

Thanks!
